I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. A few weeks back I had 2nd Opinion come out and replace the anode in my hot water heater. Our neighbor and friend's husband was out of town and she had called me to tell me her dishwasher wasn’t working and could I help. Perfect timing, Justin was kind enough to go over there with me after my service call and checked what he could. He did confirm it was getting hot water. Yesterday we noticed our hot water heater wasn’t heating. I had checked it but still no hot water. Called Justin and he was in the area and came by to check it. There was a loose wire to the heater element which he fixed - no charge. Really like this company!

I had a leak from my pool last year. I called American leak detection and they were amazing. They found the problem and fixed it. Yesterday I called Leslie as I found a big leak in my side yard close to the pump. I thought I have another leak. Leslie schedule the appointment and asked me to do the bucket test to make sure I have a leak. I did the bucket test and found no leak in my pool. It was something else leaking. So thank you Leslie for being honest and so helpful. I really appreciate your quick response, your honesty and how friendly you are.
