I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We find out that a huge area in our carpet is soaking wet and coming from the wall. We had no idea how long this has been happening and of course freak out. I called a few plumbing companies who said they can come out later that night. That was not quick enough as we had no idea what was causing this leak. I then called cactus to see their availability and they sent a team out within 30 minutes of my phone call. When they arrived they got right to work. They also called up a restoration company for me to immediately start drying everything. Very quickly they were able to find out that our electrician had drilled a hole through a pipe inside the wall causing water to spill out into the wall whenever that faucet was in use. They were able to fix it right away. They were also able to give me a fast quote for a bathroom remodel while here as well. Great job to the cactus team. I will be using them for all plumbing needs moving forward.

I had a leaking faucet which couldn't be fixed and I really tried unsuccessfully to get someone to resolve it. Fortunately enough, this company was more than willing to accomodate my requests. The plumber came right on schedule and was able to stop the leak once and for all. I should also mention, it was done in just a few minutes. He gave some wonderful advice too so that any leaks can be prevented in the future. As a customer impressed by their services, I definitely won't forget to recommend them

For some reason my toilet kept on leaking from the bottom. The first person I called to come fix it, was late and they did not repair to completely , because 2 weeks later it started to leak again. Finally I had a friend tell me about how good the Neighborhood plumbing did on installing her new shower so I figured I’d tried them. I’m glad I did 1 month later and no leaks! Professional and on time! Definitely worth giving a call!

The air conditioner broke and the temp inside reached 86. Chase was very friendly and professional, and he fixed it quickly and same day.

I had them come out for an estimate on a Monday morning. On Friday I had still not heard from them. So apparently if they do not want to work with you they simply ignore you. A company this big could at least have the Courtsey to let you know that.
