This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Our service was phenomenal! I called them on Father’s Day morning and their technician, David P, was here within hours. We were prepared for a new water heater to be installed but he took a look at our unit and instantly said he would try fixing a broken part first. He was quick, thorough, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed the unit saving us thousands of dollars. David even walked us through how to periodically check our water heater and let us know what to expect in the coming years. I will definitely go back to them when it comes time for another repair/replacement and will ask for David specifically. They are the only company I will have work on my water heaters from now on.

We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

Vets Pumping service came out to pump my septic tank. I was so pleased with the service I received on many levels. They were able to schedule for the next day service. I was pleasantly greeted by Ernie who was there to do the work. Ernie spent some very informative time with me actually explaining my system and the way it works and ways to maintain it. He was great to gain knowledge from and took the time to inform me. They also were very reasonably priced which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Ernie and this company.

The hot water valves in our bathroom were seized shut after being turned off for years due to littles. They showed up right on time and had the repair done very quickly! Highly recommend!!

The main tech David and his partner were responsive and listened to what was initially needed. After looking over the whole system and looking at long-term costs, we decided to upgrade the system. He worked out the best price while managing the whole house needs. I’ll use them again when the next plumbing need arises.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

We just had a new A/C unit installed after returning home in mid July from a month long vacation to no air. We called King and Terry came out and got us going until we could get the new unit. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the unit. The next week we had them replace our water softener with the same great service.
We will definitely be using them for all of our A/C and plumbing needs.
