We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

If i could give them a '6' I would! Waterheater failed, and we did not find out till around noon on a Friday! Obvilously, they are scheduled out for the day with a weekend looming, but the discomfort of a weekend with no hot water prompted me to call anyway. Fortunately, they were able to get me scheduled in midafternoon with a new Bradford White waterheater install and I'm back in business by the end of the day. Thank you, Jason for a great job!

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

We’ve been in our house almost 4 years and have used 2 other local companies for yearly maintenance, service and repairs. They didn’t hold a candle to Austin with Precision. Because he’s a professional he wanted to hear about the current condition and history of the units. He explained what he would be doing/testing. He was zero pressure but made recommendations using several scenarios. Then left it up to us based upon our needs and vision for the home. He also educated and explained everything about how units function and what each part role is. We ended up having one repair and a 4 year service contract. Austin left us feeling confident we have an ally and partner looking out for our best interest and not just trying upsell and make money.

Of course one of our AC units died when it was 110 degrees. Wheeler air conditioning came out to look at the unit that day. Our units were from the 90's and we knew it was a matter of time this would happen. My husband and I decided that it would be best to just replace them (knowing they were on their last leg anyway). Wheeler came out with new units first thing the next morning and had us up and running by noon. They were amazing, fast and professional! They helped us right away and made sure our home was cool for our family in the dead of the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their AC units.
