Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

I really like this company. They have always been very professional and very good. They will always get the job done and get it done right. However, like most of the companies here in AZ I do not understand why they over charge people and rip them off? It usually takes the techs around an hour or less to do a job and they charge $300+ for the work. It really doesn't make much sense TBH.

I wanted to replace my water heater as it was way beyond it's life expectancy. I called around and got some rediculous bids, then happened to call The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air. I spoke with Sam who gave me a very reasonable price, said he would be in the area the same day, which I was not expecting. He showed on time got right to work and completed the entire job in a couple hours. Sam did excellent work, cleaned up, and even gave a discount off his original bid. Amazing, unexpected, I would recommend The Neighborhood Plumbing and Air to anyone in the Phoenix area

This is my second time using Wheeler air and both times I’ve had great technicians very professional. I actually called this morning because my air conditioner was leaking and I received a call right back. There was a cancellation and they fit me right in. Manny the tech answered all our questions. Very nice. Felt like Red Carpet service.

The pricing was very reasonable and we don't feel like anything was suggested that wasn't necessary. This will be the place we call for our routine maintenance and any repairs that my arise.
