I called Mesa Plumbing to have a water filter/softener installed for my house. John came out and got the job done quickly was and patient with my questions(he is super knowledgeable). Pricing is better than the other companies. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing issues.

Furnace went out last week and I decided to get an estimate on an entire new HVAC system. Don came to my house on Monday and went over the numbers with me. The numbers turned out to be better than I expected and they were able to install the system immediately. They offered financing which was easy to apply for and we got approved in minutes. We scheduled the install for Saturday. I was contacted on Friday to confirm the appointment. I received another call from Frank 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. Frank and Bruce arrived at 7am. They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly and they were wrapped up by 4pm. They tested the system and showed me how to use my new thermostat. I couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
