Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

We just got out RO system installed and it's been great! We called this week and they came out right away. Kyle was friendly, quick and efficient. He installed the RO with no problem and told us about the system. I would highly recommend using this company.

Exceptional Service & Response Time!!
Our business was faced with a major sewer backup and we called late one evening and spoke with Ryan. They had service repairman out to our business in less than 15-minutes addressing the issue. We were never a customer before but we have now found an organization that will handle all our plumbing needs moving forward. Three things always stick out to me when I evaluate someone's work
1. Time
2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service.
