On the day of a scheduled close of escrow , it was noticed on the final walk through that the heat wasn't working. The seller was worried that they would have to replace the heating at the last minute for the home to close, which would have been expensive. I called Wheeler Air conditioning and scheduled a technician to come out ASAP. Brad arrived about 3 hours later, assessed the problem, fixed it and the heating was working again at a minimal cost to my seller. My seller and I both were so grateful to Wheeler Air for getting us scheduled at last minute on a Friday, and also for Brad, who is a skilled tech who communicated clearly to both myself and the seller. There is nothing more valuable than a highly recommended contractor. When it came time to make decisions about my AC they made it easy. Terry and his team took the time to educate me on my options not bamboozle me into what they wanted to sell, rather what would work best in my home with long term value. The integrity and workmanship is so far above the industry standard I would not consider allowing another contractor in my home.

Mason Mechanical installed a new air conditioning/heat pump system 2 years ago and a new hot water heater 1 month ago. They continue to do professional work and ensure their work is done well.
