Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

The service tech found the drain pipe leak that a home inspector pointed out. However, he said there is no evidence that it is leaking now. He cleaned it up and applied a sealant. He could have replaced the entire section, which is what another plumbing company wanted to do, but he saw that wasn't necessary. He also gave me advice on the low-flow toilets I have. Hate those things - lol. He was very helpful, professional and honest. I'll definitely be using this company in the future.
