I had an issue with a broken trap under my sink and a disconnected dishwasher hose. Called around to a few different places and they couldn't come to my apartment as quickly as I needed so finally found AZ Preferred Plumbing. I received a quote from them almost instantly and Tech was able to come on a Monday (issue happened on a Friday). He arrived on time, but the issue was bigger than he thought. Despite that, he had the part he needed in his truck and fixed everything all within an hour at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up and was very respectful (which is important to me as I'm a woman who lives alone). It was the best repair experience I have ever had. Would use them again and recommend them, no question!

They did everything they said they would do, showed up when they said they were going to, and all with a smile and amazing customer service! They were kind and friendly and made this process completely stress for me and the residents at our property. They're on time, give accurate quotes, get the job done right and have a great attitude. We had them install our whole house softener and filtration system and the install went in without a hitch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.
