I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Fantastic! The process to get a new system was easier than I thought. Great rep, Dylan, came out and took his time went over the options. Then during installation both Chris and Darian did a tremendous job. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after. The system is working great! Vets Pumping service came out to pump my septic tank. I was so pleased with the service I received on many levels. They were able to schedule for the next day service. I was pleasantly greeted by Ernie who was there to do the work. Ernie spent some very informative time with me actually explaining my system and the way it works and ways to maintain it. He was great to gain knowledge from and took the time to inform me. They also were very reasonably priced which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Ernie and this company.

Responded on the first day I called. Came earlier than expected and very professional. installed a water heater, two outside bibs and repaired an outdoor pipe. Very professional, courteous, stayed on task! I have used them for many years! Highly recommend.
