On the day of a scheduled close of escrow , it was noticed on the final walk through that the heat wasn't working. The seller was worried that they would have to replace the heating at the last minute for the home to close, which would have been expensive. I called Wheeler Air conditioning and scheduled a technician to come out ASAP. Brad arrived about 3 hours later, assessed the problem, fixed it and the heating was working again at a minimal cost to my seller.
