James performed service and repair to one of our ac unit that shut off. He was patient, professional and informative. He explained what was going on with our system and what we needed to do first. He gave me options as to what Precision can do to help for the time being one for cost and secondly, due to the heat in our home. Also, Providing more info as to what they could do if things don’t work out with repair due to the fact that we have an older unit. I appreciate his efficiency and his professionalism. Really great price for lots of manual labor. Eddie was very friendly and spent almost 2 hours digging around my pipes to find the possible issue due to old irrigation pipes. I wouldn't of dug that deep thinking irrigation would never go so low. Thanks for the help guys. Your prices are amazing. Only charged me inspection fee even after all that work!

Wheeler AC is the best! We called when our AC stopped working on Sunday. By Monday afternoon the technician had diagnosed the problem, replaced the fan capacitor and had us back in business. Five stars for sure!!
