Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

My refrigerated AC unit motor decided to kick the bucket right before a house packing party. I contacted multiple businesses that service AC units. My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

Reckless driver from this company almost caused several car accidents driving down Tramway and Paseo Del Norte on Tuesday at 11:15 am. Swerving in and out of lanes like a madman and leaving inches between themself and the vehicle in front of them while stopped at red lights. Do better
