We needed a circulation device for instant hot water & a very nice, professional, punctual & knowledgeable gentleman named Jack Cupp was sent out. He told me what was needed, gave me a reasonable price with a senior discount, & was able to install the device the same day. We are very pleased with our experience with Wagner.

Recently we decided to install a Single Zone Mini-Split heating and cooling system in our house and we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. This is the first time we used this firm, but it won’t be our last because their service technicians care to do their best; and they did. Juan and Patrick (unfortunately I don’t know their last names) were our primary installers, and their work was superb. I required a sub-electrical panel for this installation and the two electricians were Nathan McCoy and Daron Holmes. They worked all day until 6:30 without a break and their final work was again outstanding. I’ve tried other heating and cooling firms in Albuquerque, but for me—Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing will be my preferred choice bar none. Well done to all...from Salesman (Chris) to technician—all were tops in my book! One Happy Customer!😀

Ricardo was very professional & wanted to make sure I was 100% pleased with his service, which I was. He not only turned off the gas heater in two rooms, he also started up the A/C for the upcoming summer season. After he was done, he did a final walk-through to make sure everything was buttoned up. Apparently he's been with #One for 3 years. He is obviously a great employee. Treat him well & he will be with you for a great number of years going forward. I recommend at Ricardo's next performance review that he received an increase in pay of at least 20%.
