MGP has been excellent to work with. They addressed our AC issues and our tankless water heater issues. They flush out our tankless water heater annually and service our furnaces and AC units. They have also completed some plumbing repairs that we needed. I have been very happy with their responsiveness to our needs. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail when repairs are needed. I would highly recommend MGP Mechanical.

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!!
