I called Rocketman yesterday morning for an estimate for water heater replacement. I have been without hot water for 2 WEEKS trying to get my home warranty company and their assigned local contractor to do the work. Delay after delay. Ken with Rocketman came to give me an estimate within an hour after calling their office. He was kind, respectful, clear with information and patient with me as I was so frustrated with the past two weeks. GOOD NEWS- Rocketman is installing my new water heater this morning!!!! Thank you Ken and Rocketman - wish I’d given up on my warranty company sooner!!!!

Had a water leak that took out the flooring in my office and hallway. They were quick to fix the leak and do the remediation. I also had them do the restoration. They worked everything out with the insurance company and Anthony did a fantastic job replacing the flooring in the whole house. It looks like an entirely new home now! I'm so glad I contacted them and will do again for any future needs!
