Best Electrical Troubleshooting in Albuquerque NM

Travis, Travis, Travis was the main reason why our experience with ABQ Plumbing was so great. There were many other folks at this company who were great, but the majority of our communication/work was with Travis. He was SUPER professional. The right mix of professional and friendly. Some folks don’t know how to behave when they are working on your home, in your private space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) - but he did - again the perfect mix of professional and friendly. There was one tiny, baby glitch, but the manager got on the phone with me, apologized, told me what happened and told me how she was going to fix it. CANNOT ask for more than that. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how they are corrected that matters, and she was fantastic. Very happy to have them on our go to list for all plumbing and HVAC needs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Freddy was very knowledgeable, helpful and timely. He shut down the cooler and got our furnace going just in time for the cool weather; will certainly use Signature again.

Second year I use #1 Plumbing, A/C and so glad I did. Just like last fall, Richard was super friendly and helpful. He was able to send someone same day (I unintentionally put out pilot and could smell gas in garage). Technician, Chance, was more than prompt, courteous, correctly shut down furnaces, showed me safety tips, and got A/C ready for summer. They'll be coming back in the fall for sure!!
