Best Electrical Troubleshooting in Albuquerque NM

I have a Bryant HVAC system in my home. The air conditioner quit cooling my home, but ran constantly. I called and a service tech, Ben, came the next day. Ben called before he arrived and was even a little early for the scheduled appointment. He was polite, professional and informative. He quickly checked the whole system, found the fault and corrected it within minutes. Ben also gave me tips to increase the efficiency of the unit both cooling and heating. I will definitely use this company and their service in the future.

I would not recommend this company. If you need a quick honest review, read this.To put it simply I spent the time to obtain 5 quotes from 5 different companies. After receiving my 4th quote (all very competitive). I met with my customer service technician for Signature Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Long story short, after spending 2 hours with my tech (which included a useless presentation from Texas ANM, and a lot of back and forths, many we can't do that) I was provided my quote at nearly $10,000 dollars more then any of my previous 4 offers, with no ability to justify the discrepancy. To try and figure out the differences I provided the Signature tech a quote from a similar company. As he scoffed at its pricing he attempted to justify the $10K price difference due to a included UV light in his, and free allergy filters. When I challenged this he got mad, packed up his stuff and simply did not want to continue, after I gave him 2 hours of my time. Its clear that they have make no attempt to provide you with what you need, nor to be professional. Though this review mostly appears to be an issue with the individual, the absurd price difference without justification speaks volumes to the company's strategy to scamming people out of thousands of dollars.If you value your time, and more importantly your money, simply don't work with this company.

Academy overcharges for their parts (gas valve-notice below at the other review)! Our heater is older but found another company (Simmons) with the same part that was reasonably priced. When I told the technician I would try to get the part on line, he put the 'old' part behind the panel unattached and hurried out the door....I ran and got him to take the part out behind the panel. Simmon's mentioned how unprofessional they were by just leaving it unattached. He didn't have enough time to reattach it and test the gas valve to see if it REALLY was the problem. Academy said we'd need a transformer too. The other guy tested it and it was fine. Simmon's staff were courteous, explained the problem by showing and troubleshooting. The heater is working VERY WELL!!! My elderly mom has used Academy in the past....by looking at the bills they took advantage. They lost us as customers!
