Best Bathtub in Albuquerque NM

Today, 7/3/23 I had a water heater flush done as I usually do every year. Barney and Reece were on time and very professional and explained the process and what to look for in the future. I have always trusted Wagner Mechanical and these two young men are knowledgeable and hard working. Thank you!

Corey is very personable, professional, and good at what he does. He explained my options and did not pressure me in anyway on making my decision. I am so happy with the new toilets he installed. I highly recommend this company and I hope all their employees are half as nice as Corey.

Whitehorse Plumbing called me back after the last post explaining why he didn't meet me the other day. He scheduled me on for today, this time I was late. Mistakes were made during the job but Whitehorse Plumbing resolved all issues. I'm glad I gave this company a second chance. Whitehorse Plumbing has my business the next time I have heating and plumbing problems.

I hate to post this review because I was excited to work with Whitehorse Plumbing. I called the company to get an estimate, he came by quickly and told me he could do the job for a great price. I asked him when he could do it, he said he can come by the next day. I said okay but we didn't schedule a time. The next day I waited for him until 10 then I gave him a call. It seemed like he totally forgot he had an appointment with me that day but said he will come by after he's done with another client. I waited all day until 3 then I gave him another call but no answer. I waited a day for him to give me a call back to explain but nothing from him. Again I hate to post this because of the other great reviews I had seen. I just wish I had the the experience other clients had with Whitehorse Plumbing.

The repairman was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
