I had shower replaced in the Bath. flush handle replaced not the toilet. To order parts I was ask to make apron 50% payment It was to run over something around $550 so I paid $250. After a month or so service tec. returned with parts and installed them he told me the total job would be $850. When I questioned the additional amount he said I had agreed to a complete system replacement. My impression was the original quote was the complete Job. I am left with the feeling I was over charged. Paid the extra $600. Not very happy, will probably never use Wagner again. Jack Hamilton
