I renovated my kitchen and moved the location of my range, sink, and dishwasher. TMark gave me a quote for the work and the number didn't change. I had to delay the second appointment several times because of delays I ran into with the renovation and they were very understanding.

I can’t say enough about Thomas and this company. We contacted him and he got here and fixed our problem as soon as his schedule allowed. (Within days). He was super efficient, upfront and fair in price, and as cordial as could be. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will certainly use him again if needed!

At first I was skeptical. You see a large operation like this and your first thought is way overpriced and you never know how qualified the technician is.I was wrong.When the plumber, Scott, showed up, the first thing he did was put boot protectors on. This may seem like a small thing to some, however I've been working really hard to remodel our house and I want to keep the finished parts looking clean and nice. The boot covers were much appreciated:)As a DIYer, I know enough to be dangerous. However, I knew this job was not an easy one. Scott quoted the price as appeared on their website. I even questioned it based on what my understanding of what had to be done. There were no strings attached. The job took much longer than he initially thought, however there was no 'unexpected charges' they tried to hit me with. Scott was very knowledgeable, fully reviewed what he needed to do before starting, and went over and above what was expected.Scott definitely over-delivered on this job.I will definitely use Roy's Plumbing again.
