I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didn't try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation. Will definitely use them again

We have had the pleasure of working with Sam on two separate occasions. First to replace a sump pump and install a water back up system, the second time for a shower renovation. Sam and his team are incredibly professional, they perform the highest quality work, have fair and honest pricing, and are incredibly clean while working. They certainly exceeded my expectations and I don’t think they could have done anything better. I highly recommend them for anyone that has any plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.
