Horrible, unprofesional experience!!!!!

I had a plumbing emergency where my main was backed up and my basement was flooding. Other plumbing services never returned my call, while Hazlett responded back and came down as quick as possible and had my issue resolved in about an hour or less. I will definitely be calling back for future plumbing needs.

Plumber did not want to work, complained about our kitchen habits, quoted an outrageous price to route our drain line. Wanted us to rearrange our basement, sold us a 90 dollar bottle of enzymes. Next day, drain didn't work at all. Called another company, came out routed the line in 1/2 hour, low price.

Mr Simon came to my house too install a sump pump when my basement had flooded. He was very prompt and kind in my time of panic, and also very reasonable on price when compared with other plumbing companies. I would definitely recommend his company too anyone who wants a professional and competent plumber!

My wife posted a review on Google. We were very pleased with Tom's promptness, friendliness and astute handling of our sewer blockage problem. He checked the system twice to make sure it was thoroughly clean and explained the problem in detail.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
