I had two outside faucets replaced and shutoffs installed. Chris was responsive and easy to work with in scheduling the job. Noah called ahead and was on time to do the work. It was a very professional job and was completed in a short amount of time. Noah does good work! Would use Hazlett again if I need plumbing work done.

I recently had my sewer backing up into my basement and it made for a very poopy situation. After attempting to do it myself I cried uncle and called the professionals. My call was answered by Kate (sp?) and she was so lovely. Very nice, understanding and a real pleasure to talk to given I was living like Laura Ingalls Wilder. They dispatched a technician Troy, who was very patient, personable, and willing to answer the inordinate amount of questions I had. The job was completed in about 45 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable. I wish I would have called them in the first place and saved my self some time, money, and frustration. I highly recommend you call them if you find yourself up to your ears in people stuff. As an aside, if you are having the external sewer lines cleaned from street to house at your vent you will need a spigot to connect a hose to as the water is necessary to flush out the lines. - Jason / DOS 3/24/23

From the time i made phone call till the technician did the work it was awesome experience.The tech Mathew Orban knew what he was doing and explained what we could do to get more life out of our new garbage disposal.He explained how the warranty works so i would use rotorooter again for any plumbing problem.
