If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would have. Roys performed service at my house last July to the tune of $5500. The pipe and back flow valve that they installed are malfunctioning, and now I'm being told that I need an additional $6000 worth of repairs to really fix my issue. What I want to know is, what exactly did they do to earn their $5500? Because they certainly didn't fix my plumbing issue. Their service is terrible, and their guarantee worthless. Do not call Roys, unless you like flushing your money down the toilet.

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.

We had an emergency situation with an outside frozen hose that burst. I called Louis. He came over, fixed it promptly and correctly. Not only that, he was kind and professional. Very nice young man!
