Office and field staff not on same page. Cancelled appointment with me after I had been waiting for 2 hours. Would not recommend, based on this incident alone. amendment to above owner personally called and came out to house, far beyond expectations for after business hours. decided to use T-mark for updates.

Jerry came this morning and went out of his way so he could use the snake machine from the outside saving us money. He reassured us that our sewer line was fine. He also explained what to use to clean the basement floor and reset the circuit breaker. Very, very polite and professional. We will definitely recommend them for everything plumbing related!

I needed new shut off valves and a faucet installed. Kevin was incredibly helpful and courteous. He got the job done efficiently and made sure to install the faucet so it didn’t hit the wall but still functioned the best way (we already had the faucet and it was a little big). And he was just delightful and very polite.10/10 would recommend.

The guy was very friendly. He coverd his shoes when coming in wore his mask. He explained all costs prior to work being done. He explained what he was doing and completed it in a very timely fashion. Great customer service!
