We had a water softener installed by Rick and Cody. They did an excellent job! Highly recommend 716 Plumbing!

I was very disappointed they would not come out to check a problem with my drain pipe related to the work they did. Turns out they cut my pipe and made it to short that is why it was coming off. I called Musso plumbing who also did some work and they came out to look for no charge. I would not recommend this company

Roy’s was great with either sending out emergency service when my furnace went out or giving me a prompt appointment next business day. I chose to wait and the service fee was waived! The appointment was set and confirmed that same day for Monday. The technician Jeffrey Steinborn was great! He was professional, honest, and friendly. He took great care to explain what he was doing and the pricing was up front so I could decide what I wanted to do. The fee was very reasonable and the repair completed promptly. I have used Roy’s for several plumbing jobs in the house and will continue to do so due to their reliability and quality work.

He was very responsive to our requests. And he left things very clean when he was done. We had him do a large job installing can lights in a family room and then a smaller job replacing multiple dimmer switches. He also looked at a few other concerns and helped us identify and correct the issues.

I would recommend him to family and friends and we will use him again.
