Best Drainage Issue in Buffalo NY

We had a seies of mixups and miscommunications interacting with the front office staff. Ultimately, after a no show tech appointment, we got a tech out to get a quote for new HVAC. Tech was there briefly, seemed casual and less professional than competition. Very prompt on providing quote but no info on equip make, models, efficiency being proposed. Sorry, if I'm going to spend 10k or more for an HVAC project, I want the vendor to be well organized, detail oriented, and professional. These folks didn't project that.

Cannot recommend highly enough-This is third time I’ve called Hazlett plumbing - always responsive and upfront about services- I like that Sam will ask questions and ask for pictures before someone shows up -I get a text when they schedule when they are on the way and when they are done - Noah has been out here three times - we had an outdoor clog fixed , a toilet installed, and the third time an outdoor faucet and two shutoff valves replaced - he is pleasant professional and very quick -very happy I found this place

Mr plumber help fixed my house main drain during blizzard. They returned my call within an hour and got the job done in the next three hours. They saved us from a disaster. Excellent service!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
