My sump pump failed a couple weeks ago, not much water in my basement ever, so it was not an emergency. Roy’s was excellent about scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me, called to confirm and inform me my tech was available early! Job was done thoroughly, professionally and quickly. Tech (Nick) was knowledgeable and friendly, worked cleanly and made sure to clean up the little bit of water, etc that was left after his installation was complete. The price was as I expected so no surprises. I highly recommend Roy’s for any plumbing work you need done. They are available for emergencies as well, so it’s good to know you can get help that is professional and fast when required.
