David communicated with me throughout the visit on his thought process and made sure to educate me on what the problem was and what I can do to prevent any future problems. Cannot say enough good things about the service I was provided with. I sent Kevin a message on his Facebook page since it was late, figured he would get back to me in the morning. Nope, messaged me right back told me to call him and we discussed my issue to get an idea of the problem, which was I needed a few pipes replaced. He said he would call me in the morning to send out a truck and confirm the time. I get a text and tells me a time they will be there, not a time range, a specific time. Sure enough the truck pulls up right on time.

The service provided was professional, straight forward and I was aware of all costs before agreeing to the service so when the final bill came I was not shocked. Pricing was very reasonable for the work provided, I told others what I paid and everyone said it was very reasonable and wanted this places number.

I specifically worked with Ben and one other whose name I did not get. Great workers, they were in and out and pipes are working great.

I have used other plumbers before but they didn't compare with the pricing, responsiveness and professionalism of this place. I wish I went with this place sooner. Don't make the same mistake I did, just call Kevin, you will not regret it!

The young man that came to service my heater and thermostat was the most professional, patient with everything he was doing he took the time to explain and help me by sharing his knowledge with my heater and how the new nest thermostat works including helping me load it onto my iPhone. It is professionals like this that makes me contact Roy’s with all my heating and plumbing needs .Great job !!!
