Just four months after we bought and moved into our house, our sewage system failed due to infiltrating tree roots. We had a national brand come and try to clear the roots out, but it kept happening. We shopped around for prices for replacing the whole system, since that is what we were told we would need. My brother-in-law recommended Frank’s plumbing, and I’m so happy that he did. They were able to get to our house in a reasonable time to replace the whole system. Ed, who was in charge of our project, was really nice and walked us through the whole process. They handled everything with the town and were done in less than two days. Did I mention they gave us the best deal? Our system comes with a 20 year guarantee and is transferable to the next owners of the house if we move before then. What a deal! I see Frank’s plumbing signs all around town and now I know why. 5/5 stars, 10/10 would recommend to anybody who needs any plumbing services.

Rotor-Rooter was at my home in less than an hour. The plumber, Daniel, was professional, informative, friendly , clean and polite. I had one other company at my home last year and they were horrible!! I would highly recommend R.R. They are a Gem of a company in Buffalo,NY. ( My dog even liked our plumber, he wouldn't stop licking him.)
