The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

Mike R. was the usual plumber from Frank's - delightful, happy, very professional, and generally the quality of person we expect from Mr. Plumber. We have been using Mr. Plumber for well over 8 years in our new house from the boiler upkeep to usual tasks that a home owner needs. Do not hesitate to use these folks. They are wonderful.

Technician came and was on time, professional, an attitude, and ran the snake four times through the drain to make sure that it was clear. Very pleased.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
