Used Musso Plumbing to originally replace my garbage disposal.Mike the plumber was very knowledgeable and said that if I wanted to not use the disposal at all he could just put piping in instead. Since I was on the fence on wether to do that I agreed on no disposal. Though happy with the decision, I was really shocked at the price that was charged. It ultimately cost me 517.00 and change for the job. I had thought maybe 300 or 350 but over 500? I was very surprised at that.

My husband, 4-year old son, 2-year old daughter and I live in a small house in East Aurora with only 1 bathroom. So when my daughter's Tinkerbell toothbrush fell into the toilet and was flushed, we got worried! Ray from Roto-Rooter was absolutely amazing. Not only did he come out to our house at 10 o'clock on a Tuesday night, but he was able to remove poor Tinkerbell from the toilet (which required removing the toilet completely!) and he let my son watch while he worked. He loved hearing about what he was doing, seeing the toilet disconnected - Ray made our family feel at ease throughout the entire process. And he had great recommendations for things we could do in the future to prevent or fix smaller blockages in our shower drain as well. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. They are clean, organized, efficient and helpful.

We had an emergency situation with an outside frozen hose that burst. I called Louis. He came over, fixed it promptly and correctly. Not only that, he was kind and professional. Very nice young man!
