Best Backflow Prevention And Repair in Buffalo NY

Hired them to replace cast pipe in basement and up to second floor bathroom. They came in at about 1/3 of the cost Cellino Plumbing quoted me.

The reason I give them 3 out of 5 stars are for the following two reasons.

Reason 1: The work in the basement does not look like professional work. There are unsupported pipes and lines that lead to no where and a tee that is capped instead of removing and placing a proper 90.

Reason 2: There was no shut off valve installed on the hot water side going to the second floor. (Was initially discussed at time of estimate) I called them after and they knew nothing about it being discussed and told me it wasn’t part of the quote and told me for $320 dollars they could come back and put one in.

So now if I ever have an issue to the second floor I have to turn off the water for the entire house.

Had your people over on 12-13-13 ( a Friday). Frank came first and after several hours admitted he could not find the problem and called for help. I was impressed by this and thought he was very professional in his ability to admit his short coming and seek help to help solve my plumping problem.Albert Richter badge #1756 arrived shortly after and found and solved the problem. He was familiar with mobile home construction and knew where to look. My wife and I were very impressed with him. I would recommend him anytime. Being an a retired Service Mgr. for a machine tool company, he was the sort of service tech I would have hired back then. Once again Roy's doesn't disappoint!Brandon and Jeff were so through and took care of every little detail to make sure our new boiler system was right for our house. They treat everything they do as if it was there own house. We have been a Roy's customer for over 13 years and see no reason to change that!

The plumber that performed the service, Albert did an excellent job. He was extremely professional and completely knew what he was doing. He finished the job in a timely and efficient manner and charged a reasonable price.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
