Recently used Roy's Electrical division to have a new ceiling fan installed in a room that previously did not have one. After install we noticed a small issue and Roy's purchased a new fan and quickly scheduled a new install. The issue ended up being the fault of the manufacturer and not Roy's but they took full ownership and quickly rectified the issue. Would use again for future electrical work!

My sewer line had backed up in my basement which was a nightmare. Roto-Rooter sent a plumber out within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday. He checked the situation and found that there was a snake in my vent pipe in my yard. He was calm, courteous, and assured me that he would be able to deal with the situation (and the snake). Within half an hour, he was able to clear my pipes. He kept the situation light and professional as he could see the fear of the snake on my face. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and am more than pleased with the individuals servicing my home with their knowledge and efficient manner in fixing the problem at hand. Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
