Kevin literally saved the day when a sewer issue created by the contractors hired by my town caused the sewer line to back up into my basement. He was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and had the town here in no time to inspect and set the wheels in motion to get the contractor to correct their error. He advised me every step of the way. I was blown away by his knowledge, customer service and kindness in guiding through unfamiliar territory. 10/10 would recommend him and his company for any of your plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Frank’s Mr Plummer has such professional workers. First, the scheduling agent Sarah was amazing. Second, Bryan Randall came to my house to assist with my plumbing issue. He is absolutely a courteous gentleman He is definitely an efficient worker and understands plumbing. I highly recommend the company and I hope the other plumbers are as pleasant and diligent working as Bryan.

Technician came out on a Saturday evening, explained problem and solution well, respectful and efficient.

Of course in the middle of the night is when the plumbing goes bad! One call to Roy's Plumbing was all I needed. Jeff arrived promptly and reviewed what I needed. Not knowing the age of my current sump pump, we agreed to start fresh and get things working again. A few other issues were found and quickly resolved. Jeff explained things clearly and gave recommendations. I felt no pressure and made informed choices. I have signed on as a member of the service club and feel Roy's will keep my plumbing and heating systems ready. I like that I won't have to worry about who I should call should I have any further problems. Thanks Roy's... I will reccomend you to everyone I know.

Brian and Matt replaced a toilet in my home, and installed a back up sump pump. They were both extremely professional and kind, and very responsive to questions. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I also appreciate that Brian and Matt were so very kind to my 6 year old grandson. Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink.
