Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.

I called to have them look at what we suspected to be a leak on our shower. They scheduled an appointment to look at it that same day. They were on time and very professional. They cut an access panel in the drywall to get to the shower valve. They looked for over 20 minutes with the shower running but was unable to find a leak. They left and there was no charge for their visit. I kept watching the valve through the access panel over the next few days and finally was able to find the leak. I called and they came out a few hours later and fixed it.

Prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I will call them again for future needs.
