When I contacted Mr rooter it was to repair a burst piece of CPVC pipe in a crawl space beneath my home, and when Tim showed up on site he listened to what I knew of the problem and let me know how he'd like to proceed with his repair. His willingness to speak on the level with me and ask if I was alright with him exchanging the CPVC for Pex was extremely welcome.

Very quick. Called them to see if they could clean my sewer drain from tree roots on such short notice. They were their later on that day, just able to fit me in before the end of their work day. Charged me way cheaper then what all the other plumbing services Reddi Industries, Mr. Rooter, Reddi Rooter normally charged. The place to call if you get tree rooting pretty regularly.
