Dishonest about price of work being done. Was told one price, then charged of 1.5 times more due to 'necessary add ons' that I was not made aware of prior to the work being done. The work was done well, however, get pricing down on paper before letting them do any work.

I truly enjoyed working with Knight & Day Plumbing, and I wanted to share that with you. superior customer care.

Really well run company. We have a crazy schedule and they were easy to work around our schedule and great at communicating both pricing and services needed. The technician was super friendly and did a great job of getting our issue cleaned up quick. Definitely calling them next time!

Zero stars!! Avoid this company. We needed a pan installed under our existing hot water heater to sell the home. Rusty gave a quote to install the pan and bring the hot water heater up to code. The price seemed high but unfortunately we went with this company. The plumber came out and started the project. The price was increased twice during the project to almost twice the original quote. We had a second plumbing issue during the same time but would not use this company and hired a different plumber. This new plumber said his price for installing a brand new hot water heater including the cost of the hot water heater was less than the price we paid with the price hikes that occurred mid-project. Best part was the work didn't pass the city inspection the first time.
