Herb showed up on time for what was supposed to be a quote for two projects. He clearly communicated what needed to repaired, he gave a fair quote, I agreed to the repairs. He ran and bought the parts and repaired it all in under 2 hours. He is so nice!!!!

I made an appointment for them to be here to fix my plumbing and they didn't show. When I called they said they never put the appointment in their system and I was SOL until next week. I have a house full of people and we have been without water all week. The lady did not take any responsibility for making a mistake and had zero empathy for our situation. It was a very negative experience. The customer service was terrible.
