I typically like to look for more local businesses over the big one's and these guys are proof of why you should do that. I had a small problem with my bathroom faucet and they were able to come have it fixed in no time at a price that I didn't even feel like needed to be questioned since I was expecting to pay much more. Had a problem with the sump pump as it was filling the hole quickly. Ken came out and promptly diagnosed the problem (stuck float). We discussed options, and ultimately ended up replacing the pump and adding a water main backup. Ken was able to answer all my questions and give me his honest opinion without pressuring me to purchase anything more than what I need. I feel that the job was done expertly, and have had no problems with it since. I have a number of jobs coming up where I will need a plumber in the near future (remodel job) and will definitely call Ben Franklin for help.
