We called Reddi on a Friday afternoon about our broken heater. Their technician, Cody Wickham, arrived later that same afternoon with no appointment necessary. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to us exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, and then took precisely the 35 minutes he said he needed to go and get a replacement part. Cody returned right on time, immediately got to work, and had our heater back up and running smoothly before 6 PM that same Friday. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. His explanations were accessible and valuable, and he and Reddi were happy to work with us on payment. Cody even cleaned up his work area so thoroughly that it was literally spotless.
