Wow, whoever came out to my house (I should have got his name) was incredibly patient and respectful. My landlord initially called Bower’s plumbing to come out and they actually ruined my house…. We could not use any of the plumbing the next day. We had to call Mr. Rooter’s for an emergency on a holiday and they came out and fixed everything. I will always be calling Mr. Rooter’s :) thank you for your work!

I was stuck at work when my brother called to tell me our main sewer wouldn't drain. Called Benjamin Franklin on a Saturday and they had the plumber onsite within 3 hours. Repair was quick and he was great at explaining everything we needed to do since we uncovered a larger problem. Got an estimate, and hoping to get the big job scheduled soon! Matthew was great and extremely patient with me as I was still at work trying to juggle his call with my customers.
