In addition to the qualities mentioned above, the technician Ashlin Niles went above and beyond to explain how to change my filter and help with an unrelated issue.

I got a call from a plumber who said he could come out and fix and/or replace my hot water heater the same day (I had bought a new one to have installed). He said he could be over shortly which of course made me feel ecstatic. He double parked his car and walked in the door and looked at my hot water heater for 1 minute, and said his boss would come back tomorrow to fix it. He charged me $125.00 service fee but said it would come out of the final bill. Of course, no one showed up the next day so I canceled that check.

Total rip off.
