These folks are very professional, they know what needs to be done and are straight with the customer. Great to have a reliable plumbing service close by!!

The schedulers and plumbers were professional and capable, but the owner was very rude. I had an issue with a stove after they replaced the gas hose and when I tried to explain it he kept talking over me and shouting no. If he didn't understand the issue, it would have been professional to discuss it calmly and/or investigate it. I will be using a different plumbing company in the future.

Vincent was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He is the reason that I use Winters. His focus to finish the job in a timely manner was great.Kimber and Nick were professional and knowledgeable. They were responsive and answered all of my questions. They made sure the job was complete and done right. This is why I prefer Winters Home Services for all of my plumbing needs.

Andy was quick and efficient and the price was much cheaper than Roto Rooter. I had roots in my sewer line and Andy was able to jet the line clear the roots at several locations along the line and confirm with tv inspection.

They charged me $150 for spending a couple of minutes to tell me to call a plumber!! We called the plumber and found no issue. I called a different drain cleaning company and they came over to diagnose the problem and fixed it. If Rapid flow had done a their job we would not have needed to call the plumber and a different draining company. I wasted time and money and regret calling Rapid Flow in the first place.

We called Roto-Rooter because the set tub was draining very, very slowly, and we were concerned about a possible overflow. We were told that someone would be at our house between 12:30 - 2:30 that same day, despite not being an emergency situation. Although the technician did not arrive until about 3:30, Roto-Rooter was very good about calling and informing us about the delay, and provided us with a new expected arrival time. Upon reaching our house, the tech was courteous, professional, and informative. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, and provided tips on how to avoid clogged drains in the future. We are very happy with our experience today. We certainly will call Roto-Rooter should the need arise in the future, and would heartily recommend Roto-Rooter.Dot and Bob,Needham, MA

Jason responded to a tenant's apartment at 10:00 pm. He accurately troubleshooted the problem and got a fix in place to help the tenant. The next morning he responded as scheduled and completed the service. His response was as good as we could have hoped for. 5 stars - Nick
