Excellent service from Rich T. on a disposal unit in our rental apartment - as scheduled, full presentation of options, efficient work and complete clean-up. Service was timely and in accord with our schedule.

Five star service. Guy, the service technician, was prompt and courteous. Gave me a range of options for reconditioning my older steam boiler. I opted for what had to be done immediately and he showed me what I could put off for the future. Very glad he was honest with me. Recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

They show up on time, do a decent job, for the price they state.

While not inexpensive, they are fairly priced and stand by their work. We've had them do simple pipe repairs, hot water heater replacement, and fairly complex gas pipe relocation that involved fussy work due to a joist being in the wrong place.

All work done well with no return visits required.
