I left a message with T Flow this morning for a leaky faucet - Matt called me back within 10 minutes, and then helped me fix the faucet over the phone because they couldn’t come for a few days. Drain stars were incredible. We had a serious main line sewer issue that only Andy was able to take care of after 2 other service providers showed up and failed. Andy’s technology is second to none and was necessary to unclog the drain. Further, he knew it was an emergency and came out on a Sunday. He was easy to work with, timely, and was happy to walk me through the process.

Our contractors rectified it quickly after Justina provided us a fair quotation. They responded to all of my questions and were generally quite helpful. swift to act and exact in their execution. I will never longer contact the plumbers suggested by my home warranty anytime I have a plumbing issue; instead, I will use The Boston Plumber. The project was a nightmare before Justina and his crew intervened and made everything right.

We had a back-up of our main drain during the day that needed attention as a root was growing in the main drain pipe. Roto Rooter came that evening at the time they said they would and were able to resolve the issue in under 1 hour! This same issue had happened previously and it took another plumbing company 2.5 hours to perform the same work. The technician was friendly, courteous, and efficient, he did a great job! I would definitely recommend their services.

I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. Thanks again and now you have a new customer for life.
