Had to have new garbage disposal installed and though their were issues that required a extra service to extend the PVC P- trap that had nothing to do with them,their prices were fair ,and I highly commend the service technician,a very pleasant affable,congenial young man who made the whole experience of his being here for over 21/4 hours very ,very nice and even friendly personally

This was a new experience for my father’s home and once Shayla picked up the phone she made me feel comfortable with a sense that I was in good hands. Tico and his crew arrived in less than 30 minutes after I placed the first the call and thoroughly inspected where was the issue with the sewer lateral pipe break and identified it; as another company in Boston provided my father wrong info on the lateral break. Tico,Brandon along with everyone on his crew were so amazing and professional. They got the job done in a few hours! Many people I’ve spoken to have also said many excellent things about this company. I would absolutely give this company more than 5 stars if I could and plan on calling them again in the future from now on!!

I had a clogged toilet late one night and after many phone calls to 24 hour services, Rapid Flow was the only company to answer. They sent out their employee Jason, I can't say enough about Jason. He was on time, polite, repaired my issue quickly, cleaned up my floor and was charged a fair price. Jason has been my go to guy ever since.

Quick- professional - thorough - clean - polite - these guys were great. I called them after another service didn't get the job done. They were fast to get there- they worked as a team and completed a really difficult job swiftly.

I needed immediate assistance. It's now been three weeks and I never heard back. Luckily we got a call back from a local person and we are all set. We had a heating issue that required a plumber and when I called the girl who answered acted surprised that I would need a plumber for that.i had a feeling I would not hear back. I doubt she even did anything with my info once she told me someone would call be back shortly.
