Best Septic Tank in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Adam was very professional and clear about what needed to be done. Will definitely be calling in the future if needed!!

I had my main line sewer pipe back up due to roots. I called Roto Rooter to help clear the line. They were so quick. The technician Shawn arrived within 2 hours of the phone call. He was so nice. I was very upset by this issue and he not only cleared the line quickly but also told me how to maintain the lines in the future. I am a first time home buyer and have only been in my home for 2 years. Shawn was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I would definly use again but praying I don't need to. :) I highly recommend.

I've used Irfan and his team several times now, and the service continues to be excellent. This team is fast, reasonably priced, and reasonable to work with. Communication is a major positive point, and if you've worked with others you know this can be a pain point.

Our water heater was definitely broken. It was giving off this bad smell, we had rusty colored water and we were definitely not going to take a shower under those circumstances. I called their contact center, spoke to Lisa, and she gladly assisted me. She sent over Randy to check on our heater, and he did the job well. Now we're back to having hot baths and clear water. Thank you.
